How to Take Care of Your Eyes: The eye is the most delicate organ of your body. It is  protected by eyelids and eyelashes. The eye has three parts:
(i)- The white ball called sclerotic
(ii)- The brown area called iris
(iii)- The center of it called pupil.
The eyes function like a camera. A wrong posture, bad reading habits, mental strain, working in the dark, deficiency of diet can cause myopia or hypermetropia. The common eye ailments are cataract and glaucoma.read more
